The Naomi Reisfeld Etude Festival is dedicated to artistic etudes and musical works that emphasize musicality and technical challenges. Our goal is to encourage working on well chosen technical works that are valuable tools for building a solid foundation.
The festival is open to MTAC West LA Branch students, piano and other instruments of the Certificate of Merit® Level 3 to Advanced.
Naomi Reisfeld was a musician and a piano teacher. Music education was very important to her. When she passed away in 2013, the Reisfeld family decided to support our program in her memory.
